RETURNS

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the goods to our warehouse within 14 days.

All items returned within the time period specified above & in line with the T&C's will be eligible for a full refund.

Swimwear can be returned within the 14 days as long as the hygiene strip has not been removed and remains on the item. If swimwear is returned, it must be in original brand-new condition. Please ensure when trying swimwear on our hygiene strip is not removed. 

All items returned to us must be in original condition and have all labels fully attached. All clothing items must have the lock tag fully connected and untampered with. If the lock tag has been broken, we are unable to accept the item.  

Any sunglasses returned must include all packaging and cases.

Any items deemed in an unsaleable condition will be rejected as a return and the customer will be notified by email.

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we are not able to process exchanges just yet! If you would like to return an item, please place a new order and return your item as outlined in the above sections and we'll happily process a refund for you.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

All goods are your responsibility once in your possession, so please handle all goods with extreme care and ensure that you send the package by a method which ensures the value of the goods, as well as retaining your proof of postage. If the goods do not reach us within the specified time frame above, we reserve the right not to process your return. In order to process a refund, the goods must be returned to us intact, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and within the specified time frame from receipt of goods.

When trying on items of clothing, please ensure you do not use unnecessary force.

Items must have all original labels attached and be in original packaging.

When trying on items please be extremely careful as we can not accept any returns that show make up, fake tan, deodorant, perfume stains or smoke smells. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed and are not in a resellable condition.

 

REFUNDS

We will issue a full refund for items purchased online that are returned according to our Returns Policy. Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card within 21 days from processing your return and will exclude original shipping costs.

If the date on your payment or credit card has expired or for any reason the original card has been cancelled, please contact hello@houseofbouji.com so that we can update your payment type and ensure that your refund gets processed correctly.

If a promotional discount was applied to your original order, the amount charged and eventually refunded if necessary will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
