Refunds or Exchanges may be given provided House of Bouji receives the item(s) back within 14 days of receipt.  Items must be unworn and unmarked with all tags still attached.  Swimwear and lingerie is excluded from our returns policy.  We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange where these conditions have not been met.  All items must be returned via a tracked postage service at the buyers expense.
